In today's society, too many ladies are having caesarean section for deliveries . There are some people who are option for caesarean because it is more easier, there is no stress of labor pain. There are also incidences of caesarean increasing in society because of various causes. After caesarean what should we do? In Caesarean we cut open the abdomen and we try to remove the baby that is in the womb. When we are going to cut the abdomen, we have to cut so many layers. First we will cut the skin and under the skin we have the subcutaneous tissue, after that comes the fascia ( fibrous tissue) that is covering the muscles. Then again we cut that fibrous tissue. After that we get the muscles, we do not cut the muscles because damaging the muscles is not a good thing. We try to split the muscles, open in between the muscles. We go into the abdomen, then we get the peritoneum which is a very thin layer which can be cut. After the opening of the peritoneum, we get the uterus. Uterus is an organ which is full of muscles. The uterine walls is full of uterine muscles. We cut open the uterine muscles and then we remove the baby. Now a days vertical line is not used for opening.
