As you may know, I've been building a custom house in Kansas City, Missouri as an owner-builder. It's been a long, tough road with many obstacles in between, but the build is finally almost complete, and I figured I'd share the process with you all, how much it costs to build a custom house in 2022, and the mistakes I've made along the way.
