Sirloin steak in a dry rub of espresso and cocoa air fried to perfection with Crab stuffed mushrooms. #easy #delicious #tasty #airfry #steak #mushrooms #anniessmokingpot Ingredients: 1/4 c espresso powder (60ml) 2 tbsp cocoa powder (30ml) 8 oz sirloin, or any steak you prefer (230g) 1 tsp garlic powder (5ml) 1 tbsp brown sugar (15ml) 1/2 tsp cumin (2.5ml) 1/2 tsp coriander (2.5ml) 1/2 tsp turmeric (2.5ml) 1/4 tsp salt and pepper (1.25ml) 1/2 cup cream cheese (125ml) 1/2 cup crab meat (125ml) 6 cremini mushrooms, stems removed 1/4 c shaved parmesan (60ml) 1 russet potato 1/2 cup sour cream (125ml) 1 tsp chives (5ml) 1/4 cup shredded cheese, I used colby jack (60ml) Mix your coffee, cocoa, garlic powder, brown sugar, cumin, coriander, turmeric, salt and pepper together in a bowl. Coat all sides of your steak with this rub and wrap tightly in saran wrap. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, remove from the fridge and allow to sit out while you heat your air fryer to 360F/182C degrees. Cook your steak for 12 minutes for a nice med/rare flipping halfway thru cooking. While your steak is cooking rub your potato with olive oil, stab it a few times with a fork and throw it in your microwave for 12 minutes. In a bowl mix together your cream cheese and crab. Drizzle your mushrooms with a little olive oil and then stuff them with your mixture. Top with some shaved parmesan. When your potato is done, remember it will be hot, slice it in half and scoop the insides out into a bowl. Be sure not to go to deep and break the flesh. Mash with a fork and add your sour cream and colby cheese. Put this mixture back into your potato halves and top with shaved parmesan. When your steak is done remove it to a plate to rest. While it rests add your mushrooms and potatoes to the air fryer and cook at 360F/182C degrees for 5 minutes. Enjoy!!!
