In this one we go about the difficult task of explaining the differences between the various camber profiles! Snowboards have various shapes or profiles- by that we mean: "what the board looks like from the side". These profiles determine how the board rides, and how the pressure coming from your feet is distributed throughout the surface area of the board. After first describing what each profile looks like, we then compare the differences between them, describing the variations in how they ride and feel. We start off with the two basic categories of camber and rocker, and then move into the various hybridizations of the two that exist. This includes Camrock, Flat and C2BTX/ Flying V shapes. I've added in many useful diagrams along the way to help illustrate our points. Hopefully you find this video both entertaining and educational, and can then use it when purchasing your next board.
