Homemade Apple Raisin Bran Muffins

These are the BEST EVER bran muffins you ever did have! Try out this classic bran muffins with a twist ... apples. Maybe it's an underwhelming twist, but I promise you that apples make this easy raisin bran muffins recipe pop with a bit of excitement. They are AWESOME RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS that you too will enjoy! These muffins are a result of our Aldi grocery haul recently. Aldi...what a store! Ingredients: 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1 cup Greek yogurt 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 egg 3/4 teaspoons baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup flour 1 cup raisin bran 1/3 cup sugar 1 apple Mix ingredients into a large bowl. Chop apple into small pieces, and include with your muffin mix. Spoon into an oiled muffin tin. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F. Serve immediately afterwards.
