Parliament is keen on blocking court of appeal judge Mohamed Warsame’s appointment to the judicial service commission, if he fails to appear before the national assembly’s justice and legal affairs committee for vetting. Sources in the august house intimated that President Uhuru Kenyatta will be advised to shelve Warsame’s appointment triggering yet another row between the three arms of government.
