Ingredients:, and materals 1/2 gallon combined freshly squeezed carrot, purple beets, pineapple and tangerine juice 1/2 cup ginger bug extract 1/2 cup organic cane sugar 1/2 gallon jar cover(fement cap, coffee filter with rubber band, or towel) Steps for First Ferment: 1. Combine the freshly squeezed juices in a large food-grade container. 2. Add 1/2 cup of ginger bug extract. This will kickstart the fermentation process with natural probiotics. 3. Stir in 1/2 cup of organic cane sugar until fully dissolved. The sugar fuels the fermentation. 4. Cover the container with a breathable cloth or paper towel and secure with a rubber band. 5. Let it sit at room temperature for 3-5 days, checking daily and stirring to ensure even fermentation. Steps for Second Ferment: 1. Once the first fermentation is complete, strain the liquid to remove any pulp and ginger bug remnants. 2. Pour the strained liquid into airtight bottles, leaving a little space at the top. 3.
