This video explains the territorial dispute over the Diaoyu or Senkaku Islands between China, Japan and Taiwan. The conflict exists in its current form since the 1970s and has caused worrying incidents involving Chinese, Japanese and Taiwanese militaries and navies, which some have argued could even lead to war. Due to the political nature of this conflict, conversations over this topic tend to get heated or one-sided. In this video I try to present the facts of the conflict as neutrally as possible.
