BEST HAVOC DPS? Phrolova Cantarella Showcase! - Tower of Adversity [Wuthering Waves 2.5]

How strong is Phrolova? Showcasing together with Cantarella & Shorekeeper vs Middle Floor ToA (2-2)! S0R1 Phrolova | S0R1 Cantarella | S0R1 Shorekeeper! second floor for a change! it's been a while! alooo this is SUPER WIP since it's day 1 and nm echos are pretty timegated - running with a pretty bad build comparatively to my other builds!! (i had tacet boxes saved but can't use q.q) why shorekeeper? she felt comfy! roccia works in that slot just fine too! (or even characters like other healers/jinhsi/any dps really, hrover should work well too!) whilst phrolova-roccia-canta is super easy 1-2-3 team, just note roccia is a little annoying especially against bosses like sentry where it's a bit hard to hit the boss to generate her forte. in optimised speedclear rotations there's ways around it, but for general rotations it'll be annoying! why empyrean on cantarella? i don't have a good midnight veil - i'd use that instead otherwise! (especially in whiwa!) opinions on phrolova? she was more fun than i expected! her strength will be a bit hard to show off in the first few days with bad builds & her crit dmg buff isn't frontloaded so it's not the best for speedier runs. she feels VERY comfy though - her 1-2-3 rotation is super potent especially in aoe settings like whiwa.
