(Note: Had to perform some additional edits due to the sensitive nature of this event) Video information: December 15, 2023 - Audrain County, Missouri The incident began at the Casey's convenience store in Laddonia, Missouri where the suspect (Dominic Bosworth, 22-year old) and several friends had left a bonfire to purchase more alcohol. A concerned mother learned her then 15-year-old daughter was socializing with Bosworth and she tracked her daughter's location via life 360. Audrain County Deputy Ryan Teague responded and approached the truck and Bosworth quickly backed out of the parking spot nearly hitting the deputy. Deputy Teague moved out of the path of the truck and began pursuit. Prior to the pursuit, 4 passengers were let out of the vehicle including a 15-year-old and a 16-year-old. Interviews were conducted with these passengers. One confirmed that they had been at a bonfire near Rush Hill, Missouri when they all loaded up into the truck to purchase more alcohol. She told police that Bosworth would not let them back in the truck once he saw the deputy approach because he knew what was going to happen. She knew Bosworth would run because he didn't like the police and he would never stop again if an officer attempted to stop him. She also stated she believed he planned to commit suicide and recalled a prior incident in which he took a large amount of medication. Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to assist in the pursuit. Trooper Andrew Gordon deployed spike strips at the intersection of ACR 341 and ACR 324. He attempted to adjust the positioning of the spikes so that the truck wouldn't run off the roadway and miss the strips. Trooper Gordon saw the truck crest the hill and began to run to take cover behind a large tree. As Bosworth approached the spikes, he fired several shots at the Trooper (in the video you can hear one bullet whiz by the Trooper). One bullet struck the Trooper's patrol car. The spike strips were successful. Troopers began to observe the truck losing tire debris and could smell and see smoke. As the truck began to lose a second tire, it turned down Tyronn Lue Street, where it swerved into the path of Trooper Daniel Dalton in what appeared to be an attempt to ram him. Trooper Dalton ran off the roadway to avoid the truck and turned around and performed a PIT maneuver. 00:00 - Caution 00:56 - Trooper deploys spikes 01:33 - Suspect fires at Trooper 02:20 - PIT 02:33 - RAM 03:00 - Window break 03:34 - Suspect pulled from truck 04:55 - CPR 13:10 - Begin case file photos 15:20 - Bullet in patrol car 16:21 - Bullet holes in windshield 22:34 - Weapon 27:36 - Inside truck
