Coeur d'Alene River National Recreation Trail | Idaho Panhandle National Forest, Idaho

The Coeur d'Alene River National Recreation Trail is a roughly 15 mile trail that winds along the North Fork of the Coeur d'Alene river. I've done most of the trail before back in 2014, and it was time to revisit it. I wanted to thru-hike the full trail this time since I cut off a piece of it the last time I did the trail. I used the improvised loop that I came up with in 2014 and added about 5 miles to it so that we could hit the northern terminus of the river trail. It was a tough hike for us, but it was incredible!
