I used toilet roll for mine, as I didn't have any fancy facial tissues. I think it's useful to use toilet paper, it's cheaper and it means you can pull some out and tear it off easily. 😊 To make one for larger tissues you'd need larger paper, like wrapping paper. Unless you folded them up before putting them in.
