Today's Lesson: Intermediate Trampoline Series - How to Get a Swivel Hip To start working on a swivel hip, you first need to have a strong seat drop to straight body stand Pencil illustration: imagine a pencil rolling down a book as you lift it, now imagine a bent pencil, will it roll as easily? It’s the same idea as when you’re turning in the air, the straighter your body gets, the easier and quicker it will be to turn into your next seat drop! Seat Drop to stand to jump half turn Seat drop to half turn to seat drop Swivel hips focusing on holding a straight “pencil” body in the air!
