Being a supporter of Hammarby football is hard, even for the most dedicated fan. Not only does the team often struggle below the top division of Swedish football, but the ideals that the club was based on have begun to erode in recent years. The unwilling step into the future is embodied by the leaving of the classic home stadium Söderstadion, to share a new ground with the bitter rivals – Djurgården. In “Vi är bäst ändå” (“This is Söderstadion”) we get to meet Kajsa and Magnus, both whom live and breath Hammarby, and see how they in their own different ways of supporting have their worlds turned upside down.
