I've always used mostly T5 type grow lights. I thought it was time to try out an LED type grow light, so this is the one that I bought for myself. In this video, I'll show the unboxing and setup my new Mars Hydro TS 1000W LED grow light. I'll also show you the protective glasses that I bought to use when I'm working with or around the grow light. Grow lights can give off UV light, so it's a good idea to use some sort of glasses that will protect your eyes from UV rays. If you decide to take a look at the light or glasses that I bought, please keep in mind that I haven't had them very long. I like how the plants are doing under this light so far, but I can't say how the light will be doing 6 months or a year down the road.
