This is an exercise in which the players first practice their passing technique, as well as a one-two to get past the opponent. At first glance the exercise looks quite complicated, but when the players have understood how to move and how to apply pressure the exercise is actually fairly simple. The exercise is easier to do if the player playing the one-two comes out at a good angle. If they can come out at the same level as their opponent and angle the body so that the chest is pointing at their defender, the exercise will be easier and more fun to do!
