Please watch this video before buying a DIY/kit sun shelter. We purchased this Messina/Sojag Sun Shelter from Costco. Shipping and handling was pretty standard. They dropped off a big box on the driveway. I would advise against purchasing something like this if you find putting together ikea furniture difficult. This was a challenging build and it took us about 5 hours to complete. You will need another person to lend you a hand as some of the pieces are just too big for one person. The instructions that come with the kit are pretty basic and sometime misleading.  Build quality: Frame is made up of exuded aluminum and the roof is galvanized steel. I was impressed with the build quality. Kit came with all the required pieces and some extra nuts/bots.
