The Taliban has comdemned the bombing and denied involvement in the attack that left at least 43 people dead. The blast, which wounded at least 65 other people, took place outside a wedding hall in the southern city shortly after people were breaking their Ramadan fast. The Afghan government now says it is sending the army in to take control of security in the city. Al Jazeera's Zeina Khodr reports.
