Do you know when the first Sziget festival took place? The original founders came up with the idea of organising a festival on Óbuda Island back in 1993. Their goal was to create a dream state where people could gather together for a week of adventures and music. And what a wild ride its been since then. Check out how the festival used to look in the early days and see some of the artists that have played over the past 27 years. David Bowie, Prince, Radiohead, The Prodigy, Iron Maiden, Florence + The Machine, The Chemical Brothers, Dua Lipa... to name just a few of the smaller ones ;) Did you catch any of these artists?
