Today's video is agility drills for volleyball players and full body strength and power training for volleyball! I'm training a high school volleyball player, and the focus of this session was agility training for volleyball. We start off with some change of direction training for volleyball, and then we move into change of direction drills with a responsive and reactive element, in this case, a tennis ball. The volleyball agility drills all revolve around reacting to a tennis ball, either catching it during the exercise or catching it before it bounces. After those volleyball agility drills, we move into some power training for volleyball. Then we hit some full body strength training for volleyball, focusing on building strength and injury prevention for volleyball.
