Cut the apricots into cubes and set aside. 2. In a bowl, beat the eggs with sugar, milk, and vegetable oil. 3. Add the flour and baking powder and mix well until you get a thick, smooth, and well-blended batter. 4. Add the apricots and mix to distribute them well. 5. Now pour everything into a cake tin and sprinkle the surface with sliced almonds. 6. Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C, and your cake is ready!
