Here's Chet Wiech, a member of the 1971 and 1972 North Tonawanda football team, talking and reminiscing about his Lumberjack playing days, the transition in football coaching eras from George Vetter to Chuck Ramsay, and other coaches and his teammates who were influential in his life. Wiech was one of the defensive captains for the 1972 season. After high school, Wiech enlisted in the Navy for four years, then received his bachelor's degree from Fordham University and law degree from Seton Hall. He spent more than 25 years in the prosecutor's office for Atlantic County in New Jersey, which encompasses Atlantic City. Please excuse some video quality glitches in this video as adequate internet bandwith issues occurred. Wiech did this Zoom interview from his home nearby to Atlantic City, NJ. This is just one of several former player feature profiles on the North Tonawanda Football Hall of Fame YouTube channnel.
