First Month of My Exchange Semester in Cairo

#travel #egypt #cairo #exchange #studentlife As part of my master’s program in international management at the Vienna university of economics and business, I am spending an exchange semester at the American University of Cairo in Egypt. This is a recap of my first exciting month in Egypt. During my first days, I explored my new campus, Maadi, and downtown Cairo. The Great Pyramids, The Egyptian Museum of Civilization, and the Muhammed Ali Citadel were already part of my program on the first weekend. With fellow exchange students, I also planned a 4-day trip to the diver’s paradise Dahab on Sinai. This is a lovely place enclosed by the desert and the sea. I am very excited about what the following three months will bring. Egypt has lots to offer and Cairo is a very lively city to explore.
