Yongnuo 50mm f/1.8 - BETTER FOR NIKON!

In this video we're looking at the Yongnuo 50mm f/1.8N for the Nikon F mount, which I have always been interested in. And to my pleasant surprise, I found out that this lens is better than its version for the Canon EF mount because it was specifically designed after the Nikon 50mm 1.8G, which has 7 aperture blades. The canon 50mm 1.8 II or STM has only 5 aperture blades whereas the Yongnuo lens has 7, so they adopted the optical design for the Canon version, however that lens is quite soft because of the slightly different flange distance. I can recommend this lens for Nikon. If you have a Canon DSLR though, I would recommend to spend a couple more extra Dollars for the Canon 50mm 1.8 STM.
