#1: My next kitchen is in an electric truck...

I am about to embark on a 2-month long, cross-country camping trip in my Rivian R1T electric pick-up truck, and filming cooking show episodes from Provincial and National Parks in Canada! In this first episode of this limited series, I went to Pinery Provincial Park with my friends from Cookbook Supper Club to test out my new kitchen (powered by the truck!) and have some fun before I leave. This is a new format for me, and videos for the next little bit are going to be a lot of experiments in formats and storytelling as I learn how to film on the road!
