If you don't have a Yoga Block a stable staircase is a great option. Feel free to not use any weight at all and then incrementally add weight as you practice-practice-practice. -Enjoy! You may not feel you want to use them however; Pillows, Cushions, Towels, Soft Blocks and other props are essential tools. Props support your body and foster deep awareness, autonomy, and strength.
