From February through May of 2026, please join us online for a new speaker series on mindfulness. Mindfulness practice is widely recognized as an excellent tool for alleviating stress and the problems that accompany it. Each month in our series, there will be teachings, practical applications, and an experience of mindfulness practice. The "Mindfulness in Daily Life" series will help you develop simple and creative everyday mindfulness practices so that you might more deeply experience and enjoy this precious life. These webinars are hosted by Busshō Lahn, founder of Flying Cloud Zen Spiritual Practice Community and a popular speaker, retreat leader, spiritual director, and author.
