EFF Deputy Secretary General, Commissar @LeighMathys , spoke to Faith Mangope on Metro FM on the Speaker of Parliament, Thoko Didiza’s refusal to subpoena notorious businessman Brown Mogotsi and self-proclaimed private investigator Paul O’Sullivan to appear physically before the Ad Hoc Committee investigating allegations made by General Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi. The Speaker of Parliament responded far too late, despite the committee raising the matter of Mogotsi and O’Sullivan for months. She failed to conduct or request a security risk assessment to verify the alleged threats. In doing so, she failed to protect the integrity of Parliament.
