I Play Yoga Master's Meditation Studio DLC for 30 Days (The Game Has Improved A lot!!!) - FGR Website: https://jack-jenkins.com/i-play-yoga-... Timecodes 0:00 - Introduction 1:39 - What about Arms Review? 3:03 - Yoga Master Update Review 5:17 - Meditation Studio Review 13:10 - Conclusion Script: My Yoga Master review video is by far my most popular video on the channel. So why not review the recently released Meditation Studio for the program. It's time to get calm and stretch out these tree trunk legs with this review. What's going on, everybody! My name is Jack Jenkins, and welcome to my channel. I do anything in the realm of self-improvement challenges, including losing weight, learning a skill, and so much more. This is part of Fitness game reviews, a series where I play a fitness or dance game for thirty days to see if it's worth purchasing for you guys or not. It's time to review the DLC. You can skip around parts of the review by clicking around the numbers at the bottom. Let's rock that Intro, [Intro] In the beginning, I was initially going to do a Fitness Game Review of Arms, which I said in my last video. However, to my surprise, the game is still sixty dollars on the e-shop. It came out four years ago. Nintendo… put some stuff on sale, for god sakes. So instead of dropping that change, I went looking around, and I saw an excellent item to review. The fine people at My World dropped a new DLC pack for Yoga Master titled Meditation Studio and a big update. I went ahead and purchased that DLC and the Magic Atmosphere pack for eleven dollars. I should say I got these on sale, and they are usually fourteen dollars together. Before I get into the big DLC, I want to talk about the update. I was surprised that Yoga Master had a big free update like this as these types of games tend to just get released and forgot about, but they did, and it should be commendable. A few of my complaints I made in my original review of the game have been fixed. They improved the graphics on the models and added new textures, so it looks marginally better. While the graphics are still pretty bad, it at least shows that they are listening and working on fixing the visuals. There is now the ability to skip poses that are too hard. That feature is great if you want to test some of the game's more complex routines to see what they contain or if you want to try and do them. I gave some of the trickier poses a try, and I failed miserably, if your wondering. The game seems to load a little faster, which helps pick up the pace between changing your settings and doing the exercises. All in all, it is definitely a nice update that helps improve my complaints. There are still quite a few issues I mentioned in the previous review that hasn't been fixed. However, it still shows that the developers are willing to update the program. Great Job, My World, not get on over to making Baila Latino 2. I swear you can make a sequel on par with Just Dance. With that update, they dropped a brand-new part of the game titled Meditation Studio. Meditation Studio is separate from the regular Yoga Master goodness and has its own ambient settings, tracking, and more. It honestly feels like this could drop as a different game except for the fact that it uses most of the assets from Yoga Master. The main point of Meditation studio is to create your own meditation settings adjusting for pretty much everything. I mean, look at these settings on the page. You can change everything from how long you want each "Oms" for, to changing the breathing pattern. You can also adjust how long you breathe each breath, change the overall meditation length, the type of background… this is incredibly customizable and is great if you know exactly what you want in your meditation. Once you choose your settings and location, you begin the starting breathing and Oms if selected. The oms are when you just breathe in and go… "Ommmm." I immediately turned these off as they are pretty distracting to a beginner like me. After the starting pattern, you then breathe normally as you enter the meditative state. Once the bell rings, you are done. The actual meditation part is pretty simple, but the customizability makes the program worth it for you. How I played this for the thirty days is pretty simple. I did twelve minutes of meditation and then twelve to thirty minutes of Yoga… depending on how bad my back hurt. I should say that I am a complete newbie to meditation as a whole. I read that you should do about five minutes for your first month, so I decided to do twelve since I am a rebel. I played it during my lunch break at work since I work from home like everybody else during the pandemic, so it was a great pause. Read the rest on the Full website!
