Very special 1970 Otis Lexan traction elevator @ C&A retail store, Brugge, Belgium

Very epic and special elevator indeed - serving as a multi-purpose elevator for both freight and passengers. Basically one door side opens directly towards public area while the other door side opens into staff-only area. This retail store is three floors high but it has only two shopping levels as each shopping level is 1½ floor hgh with their high ceilings. The upper shopping level is located in the middle between the first and the second floor. The floor designation is 0, 1, 2, 3 (for convenience reasons i guess) instead of 0, 1, 1½, 2 which would be more technically correct. This old historic building itself is actually four floors high but i don't know what is on the top floor An alternative floor designation which i would have preferred could have been 0, 1S, 1, 2S, where "S" would stand for Service / Staff-only.
