G5 Outdoors was gracious enough to invite us up to Memphis, Michigan to give us a complete tour of their facilities. Lou Grace (founder of G5 Outdoors) himself was kind enough to give us the tour. From broadheads to bows we were able to see how everything happens there at G5 Outdoors. It's truly impressive seeing how much precision they put into everything they make. We also toured the G5 Outdoors decorating facility where they make your bow or accessories look pretty. The end result is quality made products. G5 Outdoors is a family owned company, and it truly shows in their craftsmanship and service. Without question G5 Outdoors has the best customer service we have experienced. The staff is all about helping the customer and resolving any issues in a timely manner. We can't thank G5 Outdoors enough for the tour and treating us like kings while we were up there.
