Entered in the Deboss International Quarantine Car Show, if you feel so inclined throw me a vote! https://debossgarage.com/iqcs2020/ent... Literally pulled this rig out of a field, and immediately set about pissing off purists. Every part of the build was done with the intent of making a comfortable daily driver that got reasonable fuel economy and made decent power. Current drivetrain is a 3.8L SC V6 (L67) backed up by a T5 using a modified bellhousing so I could keep the mechanical clutch linkage. Engine is warmed over, uses ARP fasteners throughout the bottom end for peace of mind, installed an Intense Racing S1X camshaft (.514"/.526", lobe separation angle: 115, intake centerline: 111) and a Smoothflow Pulleys 3.3" on their modular pulley system, car runs a true dual 2" system with modified 4th Gen Camaro Pacesetter headers. Rear end is a 3.90:1 ratio with a limited slip upgraded to 28 spline axles and 1/2" wheel studs all the way around. Car makes 285hp/315tq to the rear wheels. Oh yeah, I'm also going to make it AWD. Currently gathering up front end components for that part of the build. Huge shoutout to John Rucker at Intense Racing, man knows his stuff and helped me out with a lot of little things for the engine along the way, always top-notch customer service. Intense Racing Camshafts: http://intense-racing.com/Merchant2/m... Smoothflow pulleys was one of the only people I found making a 6 rib pulley setup (at least that advertised it) for the M90, super happy with the fit, finish, and function of the pulley. Smoothflow Pulleys: http://www.smoothflowpulleys.com/ Mace engineering surprised me by responding to my super odd request, would also highly recommend them for their quick reply and customer service considering they were working halfway around the world from me.
