In 2019 I purchased my Trek 1120 frame and fork and thus began this quest to find the Ultimate Bikepacking/Touring set-up. Over the years some things have changed along the way while some gear has found a permanent place on my set-up. One thing I have come to accept is that the tinkering will likely never end and I am ok with that! I think for me part of the fun is always looking for better ways to do things!
