Hello friends Today in this video we will know about Conduction system of heart and conduction block Conduction system made up of SA node AV Node Bundle of his RBB LBB Purkinje fiber While Left bundle divided in two parts anterior and posterior division So impulse start from natural pacemaker of heart SA node and stimulate whole heart tissue and contraction start in heart and pump out blood from heart When there is block in conduction system heart can't work properly Intraventricular Conduction block are right bundle branch block, left bundle branch block , anterior fascicular and posterior fascicular block Most common is Left anterior fascicular block bec it is thin and long structure while posterior fascicular block is rare bec it is thick and short structure Isolated conduction block is benign and had no problems but when conduction block occur with heart attack,heart failure, cardiomyopathy, aortic valve disea, hypertension it had poor prognosis and increased mortality and morbidity For isolated Conduction block no need any treatment while in case of associated heart disease treatment of heart disease is required Thanks #drnagendrathalor #LBBB #pacemaker #cardiology #suddendeath
