Started my day from the hostel where I randomly met two new people — one from Russia and one from Almaty. We had a quick chat about places to explore, and that’s how the plan for the day started. First stop was Medeu, the world-famous high-altitude skating rink surrounded by stunning snow-covered mountains. The weather was perfect, the air was crisp, and the whole vibe felt like stepping into a postcard. The walk was peaceful, full of fresh air, flowing water streams, and amazing views all around. It was one of those places where you feel energized just by being there. By evening, after exploring both places, I made my way back to the hostel.
