Grab your favorite wired ribbon and let's get crafting making this adorable ribbon wreath! Last fall I shared a ribbon wreath on my Instagram page and everyone loved it! It is so fun to make! It takes about 1 hour to make, so grab a coffee and pop in a movie or listen to a podcast while you make it. You can check out my Instagram feed for my fall and adorable Christmas one too! I love the simplicity of this buffalo check ribbon wreath. If you love farmhouse decor like I do, you'll love this in your home! You can even customize this seasonally too! I added a cute little bunny for Easter, you could even tuck in some greenery, or cute little carrots, add pumpkins for leaves for fall, ornaments for Christmas, lemons for summer, hearts for Valentines, stars for 4th of July, bats for Halloween. So fun, right? Here's what you need - 14 inch wire wreath form 8 (9 feet) rolls of 2 1/2 inch wired ribbon - For this wreath I used 3 (30 feet) rolls of buffalo check ribbon from Hobby Lobby. I used 2 full 30 feet rolls and a little from a third. Cut ribbon into 10 inch strips. You will need a total of 72 ribbon strips. You can dovetail the ends if you'd like. Bundles - 6 strips of ribbon per bundle. Twist ribbon and criss cross ribbon on top of each other. Take a pipe cleaner and wrap around bundle, twisting in back. Fluff bundle. Make 12 bundles. Attach bundles to wreath form twisting pipe cleaner in the back of wreath form. Tuck in pipe cleaner or trim with wire cutters. Fluff ribbon and enjoy! I hope you enjoyed this tutorial!
