For our Issue 65 launch party, we teamed up with American Apparel to host a surprise show with our cover star on the 7th floor of Shoreditch’s ACE Hotel. As part of Atlanta’s DIY collective Awful Records, Abra has gathered a loyal fanbase with her unflinchingly honest attitude and her self-produced, emotive music. With her profile increasing at a rapid pace, we caught up with Abra after her set to talk about her growing confidence, the gender neutral message of her music and how it feels to be on the cover of Crack Magazine.
