SERIOUS INITIAL BETTING TIME FLAW - ( EVOLUTION ) - 2 HAND CASINO HOLD'EM POKER (PART III OF IV)

This is a Video recording of a Chat with Ms Katy, of Evolution Live Support, during a 2 Hand Casino Hold'em Poker Session, from 14th July 2020, showing several rounds where Standard Betting Times were not being observed. In fact, the problem was noticed in all rounds during the session. According to Ms Katy the Initial Betting Time is 12 Seconds; the same according to Mr Todd Haushalter, Chief Product Officer of Evolution, is 14 Seconds; according to the Dealers this time is 17 Seconds and what the Player usually gets is 8/9/10 Seconds ONLY which is Woefully Short. Similarly, the Decision Times too were less than the Standard "20 Seconds" needed to be Provided to Players. However, this is not a matter of Huge concern. It is evident from the recording that there is no Question of any LATENCY as there is no delay seen in the placing of bets, receiving the winnings, chat interaction with the Dealers etc which proves beyond any doubt that the internet connection speed at the Player's end is extremely Good and Steady. If the players are provided with lesser Initial Betting time in Rounds the same can lead to more Psychological pressure on the players, Erratic decision making, inability to play according to any Betting System/Strategy and consequently in some cases lead to huge financial losses for players. I wonder if this is an issue which can be referred to the Compliance and Regulatory Authorities to undertake a detailed Investigation ? Who can be held responsible for such a serious irregularity, the Casino or the Service Provider ???
