/ _nebulus https://ko-fi.com/nebulus / nebulus0 Lyrics + Vocals by nebulus Instrumental + Animated Splash Art and Icons by Riot Games ======== Lyrics: One, two, three, four One, two, three, four One, two, three, four One, two, three The audience calls for a new rise and fall The artist sees The artist bleeds / A world that bleeds The artist dreams / A world that dreams / The paint of dreams The artist loves the screams / A world that always screams / The paint of frozen screams / And sings in silent screams You can’t Bring back What’s gone Before Tonight No life Matters But yours I will take you To a new landscape And by my hands shape A brand new world for all to see Spring forth, O crimson river As the sun sets upon this with’ring land Bring forth the burning shiver The death throes of a flower soon crushed in a giant’s hand Though the pain is searing Reprimand that flow’r for fearing what it knew would come Though its summer days are all long gone It’s still holding on And as autumn falls All the willows weeping River, freed from earth’s keeping It begins to flow Ever towards still And there it may rest Amidst the mountains In eternal winter ======== The artist does not judge. They consider. They interrogate. They behold. The artist does not concern themselves with the paltry “an”. It is better to think of the overwhelming “all”; the despairing “none”; the definitive “the”. The artist does not partake of that which they paint. To truly understand the subject, they must be separate, distant, unbiased. The artist does not create. They portray. They represent. They mirror. There was really only ever one option for who would be the fourth champion in this series, and I essentially had no choice but to season it with four-part harmony and season-based allegorical nature poetry. It’s been a long time since I had to do anything resembling choral arrangement and boy is it good to be back. If there’s any one of these I’d want someone else to sing instead of me though, it’s this one: out of all the champs I’ve covered so far, I think Jhin’s voice is the furthest from my singing voice. Yes, even further than the Spanish accent that I didn’t run the risk of ruining and the throat of the frog that constantly pushed the bottom end of my range. Fortunately, Jhin has another login theme (which I frankly prefer over his base one), so I’ll work on my Jhin impression and get back to you when the series reaches its 16th entry. oh and my new year’s resolution is gonna be to get better at making thumbnails lmao
