UPDATE: I no longer own this vehicle. In May 2025 it was traded for a 2025 Outback. In 3 years and 60,000 miles I replaced 5 tires due to busted sidewalls. One was in Seattle, 2,000 miles from home. Low profile tires that come in the Touring Edition are not durable! I cannot imagine how I could have coped without a spare tire! Shame on Honda for putting form before function. Newer Accord hybrids come with no spare tire. The 2021-22 Touring model has 19" wheels that people have had an especially hard time coming up with a solution for a spare. I found all the parts you need. With a little modification to the foam cover that Honda can supply it all fits up perfectly. The video shows how it all goes together. The Modern Spare kit is available as of November 15, 2025. It has almost everything you need. Here is what you will need to buy. 1. Go to Amazon and search for "2018-2022 Honda Accord Hybrid Spare from Modern Spare" I bought from Amazon only because of their excellent no-charge return policy. Modern Spare is the supplier and you can also order off their site. Cost is $470, plus shipping and sales tax. 2. Honda can supply the Accord spare tire hold-down bolt and plastic washer for about $15. 3. Optional, but I bought it, the 2021-2022 Accord foam cover that goes over the spare. It takes a few mods to fit, but those are simple to make. The cost is $45. Notes: The funnel is used if you need to add emergency fuel from a can. Also, the kit cost is little over $500 not a little under. It's still less than half what the dealer quoted and works better. I mention that the Accord passenger seat is not adjustable. A more accurate statement is that it is not fully adjustable. It has no vertical adjustment and no adjustable lumbar support.
