ADDFORCE Truck-mounted UHPC mixing plant is a large equipment specially used for adding water and mixing UHPC on site. Each batch can mix 0.5 cubic meters of UHPC, and output can reach 50 M3 one day. It has all the functions of a concrete mixing station: the mixer adopts SICOMA MPC75 vertical shaft planetary mixer, and the power of the diesel engine is 88KW, which does not require electric energy. Greatly save the construction speed. It is the only one among the large mixing plants that does not need to be installed or connected to electricity. The truck-mounted crane can be moved at any time, and can easily lift UHPC powder ton bags. The built-in water pump and water scale realize accurate feeding of water. The whole set of equipment only needs one operator and two auxiliary workers to operate. Although all the equipment is integrated in a 20` container, it is still very spacious after our design.
