This is Trauma by Gomorrha, released in 1971 on BASF/Cornet (20 20413-8). This is the original German-language pressing in a gatefold sleeve. It was later re-recorded in English, but this is the version I prefer. Gomorrha came out of Cologne and this was their second album. The German version doesn’t get talked about as much as the English one, but it hits harder in my opinion.
