Save 1k+ INR: Send Degree certificate copy to WES through registered post. It costs around 100 Rs. Take this as a tip from my end! VTU transcript will take 20days at least to reach WES. Registered post also would take 20days. So, by that time transcripts reaches WES, registered post will also reach! Courier will cost approximately 1500 Rs.
