This one is not necessarily a "Production Pan" but more of an all around multi purpose pan that also works very well in a production situation. In this review I evaluate the speed of the gold pan, the capture rate using the most difficult material I could find. As well as the general ease of use and construction. Unlike the other gold pan is this review series, I consider myself an expert with this pan and know how to use it very well.
