For the Halcyon 450 motorcycle, we have brought fender fabrication in-house. We're using a process developed by Joe Cooper of Cooper Smithing Co. that creates a beautiful fender with a bead around the edge for a little more strength and style. Watch Brent take some metal from a flat sheet to a beautifully rounded piece in this short video highlighting the process.
