It is a traditional food and very popular noodle and it is an iconic of Khmer People in Cambodia and over around the world. Ingredients: Made Cambodian noodle Fish, long bean, cabbage, cucumber, peanut, garlic, fish paste, turmeric... Salt, sugar, fish sauce, lime, lemon grass, lemon leaves. You can add more basil and coriander into the veggies list. First we prepare ingredients as video above then boil the water and when the water get boiled add lemon leaves and fish to the pot. at the same time we crush some ingredients such as garlic, turmeric, chili, and lemon grass as the video showed. When the fish get well done take it out and keep it till cold down and then remove fish bone to crush fish meat with the crushed ingredients. keep the gravy to cook the soup.
