I'm a retired player of 4 years, and an active coach in the video game VALORANT, comfortable in coaching players of most ranks, ranging from Iron1 to Immortal2, with my goals being: to teach players how aim is NOT what's holding them back in games like Valorant. to be able to coach Radiants one day, as well as non-pro teams. So far, my accomplishments beat a decent chunk of the self-proclaimed online coaches: Reached Immortal+ in EU on 3 different roles - Controller, Duelist, and Initiator, and mastered various playstyles, outplaying Immortals even on agents like Iso, while having rather terrible aim... this was to prove to people that you still don't need aim in Immortal (something many Valorant coaches preach for a good reason), but also because I didn't need to do aim training in order to meet the aforementioned goals. Consistently maintained Immortal+ in EU across 4+ acts by one-tricking Sova, one of the most difficult agents to one-trick in solo-queue ranked, but that has ruined my mental, and resulted in me quitting as a player (RIP). Analysed countless professional players play RANKED over the span of 3+ years! The main ones being (in no particular order): Subroza, Curry, S0M, Derrek, nAts, Tarik, Shahzam, Sacy, Boaster, C0M, Canezerra, Demon1, FNS, JonaP, Jinggg, TenZ, Primmie, SicK, wo0t, zombs, and Zt0L. Created playbooks for various maps and agents, which I do give out for FREE while they are still in a messy and incomplete state! While they may be messy, they're still mostly readable. When I was new to coaching, I had a good try at coaching someone on WorthyTV's stream as a guest, it was quite helpful! Thank you WorthyTV for the opportunity! Got people hating on me strictly because they are jealous of my positivity and strong desire to help others. I'm not even joking! It makes people so envious when I spend time helping others simply because I enjoy doing it. These people are really weird for that. Which brings me to the final accomplishment on this list: I helped countless players rank up over internet over the years. There's probably a huge amount of players whom could vouch for me, or for my free rankup guide, but that's not why I help players in this game. From my experience so far, I've not had any issues with people not thinking I'm credible. It's really hard to fake this stuff, people like Woohojn will ALWAYS get exposed for their lies on the internet. Marketability is important to me too, but I do not care THAT much about it compared to coaches like Woohojin, who probably died of embarrassment when the internet found out the truth... yikes. As a result of all of the above, I obtained a GREAT grasp of how the game should be played at every rank, if the goal is to maximise improvement and rank up (and maybe to maximise fun too, as that is an important element to mastering any video game). But, while I may have reached Immortal in EU and maintained the rank consistently, coaching and playing are two entirely different things, many may disagree, but it's not exactly a matter of opinion... There are pro level coaches out there who aren't/weren't particularly 'good' players, and people never seem to comprehend this, perhaps because of their own egos or whatever, no idea. Conversely, there are Radiant players who are terrible coaches, because coaching is closer to teaching, and people with no teaching experience will often suck as coaches, no matter how good they are at the game. I don't want to give any concrete examples, in my opinion, only Woohojin deserves to have his name dropped. Personally, I will continue to improve as a coach whether I'm playing this game or not, especially with all the extra time I now have as a result of quitting as a player and no longer playing Valorant for 3+ hours a day.
