2 1/2 c graham crackers, crushed 1/2 c butter, melted 1/4 c sugar 8 oz cream cheese, softened 2 c confectioners sugar 20 oz crushed pineapple, drained 8 oz Cool Whip Set the oven to 350°F. Graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter should be combined for the consistency of wet sand. Spread the crumb mixture evenly across a 10" glass container. The crust should bake for 7 minutes or until just golden. Next, let it totally cool on a wire rack. To garnish, keep a few graham crackers aside. Crushed pineapple, confectioners sugar, and cream cheese should be combined. Make sure to drain the pineapple. Add Cool Whip on top. Graham cracker crumbs should be added on top. 4 hours should pass before serving.
