Day 1 in Taiwan was such an exciting adventure! We started by visiting Maokong and taking the famous gondola ride. The views were absolutely breathtaking, with the lush greenery and city below, it felt like we were floating above it all. Afterward, we treated ourselves to some of Taiwan’s famous sausage, which was so delicious, with a perfect balance of savory flavors. To cool off, we had some matcha ice cream that was rich, creamy, and refreshing. It was the perfect way to kick off our trip, with a mix of scenic beauty and incredible flavors.
