Here’s a hearty, cheesy, really super easy, home cooked tuna casserole for those comfort food nights. Flavourful and tangy, just like grandma used to make! Savour the creamy blend of flavours in this delightful tuna casserole. Ingredients: 2 Cans of Flaked Tuna 9 oz frozen or fresh green beans 1 can of condensed mushroom soup 1/4 cup Chopped Celery 1/4 cup Chopped Onion (Add more of both if you like your casserole a bit more chunky and crunchy.) 1 bag of broad egg noodles 2 tablespoons Soya Sauce (more if desired) 1 cup of Milk 1 cup of shredded old cheddar cheese for main mixture 1 cup of shredded old cheddar cheese for final topping Ground Black pepper Boil your noodles according to package directions in lightly salted water. Drain noodles and add to large mixing bowl Combine the rest of ingredients and mix well to fully mingle the ingredients Option: You can also incorporate a sprinkle of red chilli flakes if you like a little added heat and snap. 🔥 Smooth the top of the mixture and top with the last cup of shredded cheese. Top with more ground black pepper to taste. Cover and bake @ 350 degrees for 40 mins Remove lid and bake for 10 additional mins to brown the cheese Let stand for 10 minutes.
